Knowing the environmental impact that chemical sunscreens have on Hawaii’s reefs we designed a reef-friendly formula. It was important for Maui Vera to prevent further damage to our environment as well as design a clean chemical-free solution for sun protection.

Maui Vera mineral sunscreen was formulated to prevent further damage to our beautiful reefs and marine life. Our focus was to formulate an everyday sunscreen that does not contain Oxybenzone and Octinoxate.
ORGANIC INGREDIENTS
Our formula contains 70 plus percent of organic ingredients limiting the use of synthetic nonorganic substances. Maui Vera continues to pride ourselves on offering skincare with No harmful chemicals, parabens, and synthetic fragrances.
